Kerr spent 30 years in public education, the final 18 years as the Superintendent of Schools in three diverse districts across New York State. Dr. Kerr annually faced the challenge of working with his Board of Education to develop a budget that would be supported by the community, even during a year when mid-year State Aid cuts were passed by the state legislature. Kerr earned a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Syracuse University, a Masters in Counseling and Bachelors in Business Education from the State University of New York at Brockport. Earlier in his career Dr. Kerr was a classroom teacher, counselor and building administrator. He currently serves as President of TLI Inc. in Houghton, NY. and as an adjunct faculty member at SUNY Brockport and Houghton College.
