Acres of fields, a cool pond to swim in and quench your thirst and adventurous friends provide the ideal setting for seven canines looking for fun and excitement. Buddy and Pearl have fled from their cruel owners and meet up by chance. They have been fending for themselves and a bond forms between them. In their search for a regular supply of food, they become friends with five other dogs who all live in the lap of luxury. Despite their different lifestyles, the seven friends become inseparable and look out for each other through thick and thin. Eventually, Buddy and Pearl are welcomed into Bailee’s wonderful home, but the good times are saddened by two unexpected events.
