In this time of ultra-right-wing extremists attempting to control congress and even holding the country hostage to help their agenda, it is evident their intent. A group of ultra-right-wing conservatives, called the Freedom Group, made up of congressmen, top government officials, church, and businessmen that have as their objective the political takeover of the United States. Their methods are to gain placement of political figures from the local to the national levels, influencing judicial appointments on all levels, and gaining political clout through use of their placed cohorts and intimidation of those who oppose their political, religious and social agendas. The group is supported and funded through the efforts of Carl Vetter, a Deputy Director of the CIA for foreign operations, who would be considered a psychopath in any other context. He is able to use an Air National Guard unit, through his position, to order covert activities to import large quantities of cocaine into the United States and sell these drugs through the use of a gang in Los Angeles for huge profits. He is helped and protected by a highly placed FBI Assistant Secretary and a retired Army Colonel who has a group of mercenaries working for them.
