The purpose of this work is to assemble descriptions and illustrations of Septobasidium, a genus that is practically world wide in distribution. It is very abundant in certain localities, and occurs on a great variety of wild and cultivated woody plants, such as citrus, apple, tea, and rubber, sometimes causing much damage. The present work includes detailed descriptions with photographs and drawings.
