Two years after their casual dates while students at the University of Alberta, Brad and Jan unite again. Their engagement and wedding soon follow. They are then faced with a tragedy in their life together and later have the news that Jan needs a heart transplant.

Questions arise with the recipient of the new heart possibly taking on some of the personality traits of the donor. The possibility enters into their story. Through an unbelievable coincidence they are shown a miraculous example of the hand of God being in total control of their lives.

Wilbert Wolfe has resided in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada for eighty-six years. With his wife Donna, they have seen blessed with a son and two daughters, six grandchildren and two sons-in-law. They both enjoy music, with Donna being an accomplished pianist and Wilbert playing the violin. The two of them have become a team, especially in their retirement years when Wilbert acquired a passion for writing and Donna doing the word processing. They have now completed four books honouring their Heavenly Father and providing food for the spirit, soul, and body. It is writing that comes from the heart.
