Many years ago, missionary friends in Romania adopted a precious little girl named Nicoletta. She had been burned badly and required many surgical operations as she grew. Despite the pain, Nicoletta was a happy little girl…until she started school. In school, she was treated differently and suddenly became aware of the effects of the burn. Her heart was sad and she was deeply distressed. Her parents contacted me for any materials I could suggest that might help her. As I prayed for Nicoletta that night, this story came to me. God loved her so much, he wrote a book in her honor. She loved the book! It is my hope and prayer that you feel loved when you read it, too.
