The second in the series of The Adventures of Louie and His Friends, a group of cats and dogs celebrate Halloween. They wait until their human companions leave for work, then they get very inventive, creative and busy making their Halloween costumes. They meet up with their cousins, three cats and a dog and they go door to door to Trick or Treat. One of the dogs, Steeler breaks away from the group and luckily, he finds Louie the Rooster who helps him find hid family through the magic power in his comb. In this book there is emphasis on safety, and accepting physical and emotional differences, and helping each other.
