The works included in this collection were originally written when I was living in New York City from 2000 to 2002. At the time, I was studying writing at Eugene Lang College, part of The New School for Social Research. These works are a blend of nonfiction and fiction ... what is known as literary nonfiction. "Hibernation" is my college senior work, completed under the guidance of the wonderfully eccentric writer Lynda Schor.
