Aunt Meg and Teddy enjoy living in a small farm town in the Midwest away from the busy city. Teddy isnat an ordinary boy though. Meg always knew something was different about her young nephew, Teddy, who came to live with her after his mother was killed. He has always seemed to be able to communicate with her farm animals, but this time something or someone is strongly calling to him through his thoughts to come to the West Coast. Aunt Meg has always tried to protect Teddy from the real world. Should she keep Teddy safe and hidden at home, or should she allow Teddy to follow his instincts and investigate what is calling to him from the west? This might be her only chance to get some questions answered about her sisteras death and why Teddy is so extraordinary.
