A New Don Rises is a story that emerges from the cesspools of Mafia business. Marcus Allen is a multi-millionaire who made his money providing financial advice to his Uncle Tony, who is the Don of the Pittsburgh Mafia. Widowed for seven years, he joins a singles’ golf group and looks for that special woman. Every time Marcus is around, someone dies. Sex, murder, and political corruption seem to be synonymous with his name. He tries to justify his work as a legal entity, yet subconsciously he knows better.The story starts in Tampa and continues through Costa Rica, Europe and Southwestern Pennsylvania. Love knows no boundaries as he has an affair with an agent of the F.B.I. and falls in love with a different F.B.I. agent who eventually puts the Anetti family in jail. Of course no one gets convicted.
