Muslims are the most neglected and the weakest segment of the North American society. They are dealing with severe issue of security, unemployment, under employment, crisis of identity, abuse of emotion, ignorance of well being, prejudice in media and every day life and conversation, discrimination in provision of services, in access to opportunities and employment practices and absence in process of law formation, implementation and interpretation, and exclusion from politics, government, management and responsibility. They are faced with thousand of the most educated youths holding degrees in the fields of medicine, engineering and advances sciences driving taxies, delivering pizzas and working as security guards in the streets of Los Angles, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C., and Toronto. This is not because they are in less numbers. They have enough strength to have nine states of their own in United States of America, eighteen US Senate and eleven US House of Representative seats and eventually decide each presidential election. So what is that make them so vulnerable, at the bottom of the barrel, low in food chain, not worthy of association and to be ignored. This book explains why Muslims are not able to attain their full potential, why they are not able and willing to participate in political process, how and what lack of participation is costing them and how they can fix it and claim their glory and part of American dream.
