Not only did he have the burden of being persecuted by others, but he also had to deal with the fact that he was the youngest son of a legendary high school football coach. Skylar realized that he and he only would need to make the necessary changes in his life to become a different person. So he learned how to fight-sort of. He also learned how to better relate to others as he traveled through life. He became a popular teacher in his adult years.
