With loving commitment, both grandmothers guide their granddaughters through their own people's unique customs and traditions. Spiritually driven, the Indigenous people accentuate the importance of respecting Mother Earth. Their deep ties to the land are celebrated often. The Italian grandmother emphasizes their own unique ties to the land, their cultural celebrations, and their family values.
