Sometimes, to gain clarity, we must see things through another lens. For Elliot Allen, one of those lenses has been watching boxing. He has been an avid fight fan since 1980 and has seen thousands of boxing matches. As a tool to help train minds, he equated fighters' mindsets during a fight to everyday life situations. Those analogies have bolstered Elliot through several professional careers. Starting his career as a computer engineer in NYC on Wall Street, Elliot was exposed to corporate mindsets. Transitioning into law enforcement, during his 20-year career, he endured people under the most strenuous circumstances, which resulted in negative mindsets. Those career contrasts allowed Elliot the vision to create the Mental Conditioning Movement(R). He has worked with individuals, companies, students, and athletes through his organization to build strong mindsets to reach specific goals. During this process, Elliot established the world's first Mental Conditioning Gym(TM), in New York, where much of his work takes place.
