And if they are right, life on earth would most likely have been the result of a terraforming experiment conducted by an extraterrestrial civilization. In this book, the author will explain how this point of view makes the most sense. The book will also shine a new light on Rael’s testimony on his 1973 encounter with the extraterrestrial civilization that created life on Earth. Mr. Letourneau was born in Quebec, Canada in 1955 and moved to USA in 1990. He studied Psychology (Major), Counseling (Bachelor’s degree & License) and Measurement Statistics (M.A.) at the University of Laval in Quebec (1989). He is currently retired.
