As I grew up in life and church, I started to understand and see things very differently. I saw how easy it was to get sidetracked and distracted with power, influences and the gifts in which God has blessed you with. At one point in my life, I myself got distracted because I forgot that it was about God, people being blessed and not about me. As people in ministry have been placed in power, it is very easy to get beside yourself. As I started preparing my self for music workshops, I saw the need for people to get back to the basics. That was going after God first and then perfecting gifts and talents. That’s how this guide was birthed.
