The first section is the place to document basic details and personal wishes. The second section is the place to record exactly the way the passing is to be commemorated. The third section directs those managing the affairs to the location of important papers and the action required to bring everything to a close. The fourth section references services that might be required in the way of legal advice and emotional support, as well as blank pages, to leave messages for loved ones. The appendix provides information about the available support groups and how to access them.
