Those Who Made Us, Us is a self-help memoir designed to help the reader take a look the people, environments and experiences that have molded them and made them who they are today. When we take and honest and introspective look at these people and experiences we encounter, we allow ourselves the opportunity to grow and learn about ourselves in ways we haven’t done before.
