The call to fulfill one’s purpose in their life is very real… and when the excitement of the call collides with the sins of our past, there can be chaos.Kecia entered ministry with zeal and passion, sincere about helping God’s people. As time went on, she learned that not everyone in ministry had the same heart. Witnessing disingenuous people who used the pulpit for financial gain instead of helping people was painful. Soon, she no longer wanted to be a part of it, choosing to walk away from the game to focus on her mental health and saving her life.Misery in Ministry is Kecia’s journey as she navigated the challenges of moving away from the accolades of being a powerful preacher in the eyes of man and drawing closer to God’s way of ministering to the lives and hearts of His people - while not having to stand in a pulpit.
