Joseph Ray Williams writes music and poetry under the pen name of The Appalachian Ragman. He performs as a musician, poet, storyteller following the ceremonial path the Indigenous Native Americans.
Joe is known as a Fire-keeper, facilitator of Ceremony and Awareness workshops and is known by many as a Crazy Old Man.
