A mysterious phenomenon seems to have negative effects on animals throughout the world. This is not determined until later in the scientific investigations. In the meantime, people are suddenly being attacked by animals, both wild and domestic, seemingly without reasons. This includes in an LA zoo where a tiger has suddenly become a maneater, when it had never been before. In addition, a suspect is on the loose who may be connected to the zoo staffer being killed by the very animal he took care of. Police must find and capture him before he decides to let loose the most dangerous animals in the park while the chief vet must determine what diseases may be linked to the aberrant animal behaviors and if that strange phenomenon is linked to the situations at hand.
